Tintawn's Harrogate Fashion Statement

In conjunction with Wool Interiors and the Royal College of Art School of Fashion, Tintawn Carpets brought the catwalk to Harrogate with an eye-catching stand highlighting a distinctive fashion theme.

Tintawn's attractive ranges of natural carpet were shown at the exhibition in combination with new fashion photography to create a real feel that carpet belongs in the world of fashion.

Tintawn Carpets ranges were displayed under the banner 'Catwalk Carpets - Fashion for Floors' and together with the Wool Interiors creative team - Joanna Ramsden and Laura Casey - designed a stand which emphasised the way catwalk fashion can inspire interior lifestyle and more particularly floorcoverings.

Professional models wearing a Wools of New Zealand branded knitwear collection were utilised with samples of new and existing ranges of Tintawn Natural Wool Carpets, and David Braund (UK Sales & Marketing Director) reported an excellent level of response for their ranges: "It is well acknowledged that the carpet industry has to be aware of fashion trends. Our stand brought carpet to the catwalk, and our new Celtic Weave range, the new Blueberry Lawn collection plus the new colours for Simply Natural proved very popular amongst visitors."
