Ready to Weave by Axminster
Axminster ‘Ready to Weave’ is an exciting concept. By combining the latest technology with traditional Axminster™ weaving, Axminster Carpets can offer fast-track custom carpets at costs previously only achieved with large production runs in a fraction of the time normally associated with a custom commissioned service.
There is a comprehensive portfolio of designs available, together with 32 exciting colour configurations all woven on Super 8 pitch looms.
Available in seven specifications suitable for any location from guestrooms to the most demanding or luxurious of environments, ‘Ready to Weave’ is available in both 3.66 metre and 0.91 metre widths offering seamless installation or minimal wastage for even the most intricate of layouts.
All yarns are of 80% wool and 20% nylon construction, and are produced in Axminster Carpets’ own spinning and dyeing mill. This makes ‘Ready to Weave’s carbon footprint one of the lowest in the industry.
Custom carpets are normally manufactured within four weeks from receipt of order, for minimum quantities of 500m or less.
Low minimum order quantities are:
- Broadloom – 100m²
- Narrowloom – 50m²
