Loop Pile
- a very fashionable, hardwearing surface with either loops
of a uniform length, known as loop pile, or of a differing pile
heights creating a unique sculptured look known as variable
loop. Loop pile carpets minimise tracking (footprints) shading
(irregular light and dark areas in the pile) and fluffing.
Flat woven
- based on loop pile carpets with a flat surface texture and
appearance, this hard-wearing style is available in two styles
and a variety of colours.
Twist
pile, also known as hard twist - features yarn that
has been tightly twisted to form a pile with an irregular surface
texture. This hardwearing texture minimises tracking, shading
and fluffing, making it a very popular practical carpet.
